JOY

We recently finished up hosting Vacation Bible School at church. Although Caleb is too young to participate in anything beside the nursery, he enjoyed coming in to join the bigger kids during the singing time. He's a bit more shy in public, but, as you can see, he enjoys letting loose in our own living room. The theme this year was "Power Lab," and since he already loves to show off his muscles, he especially enjoys the motions to this year's theme song.

Watching him dance around, reminds me how often we as "grown-ups" forget to just enjoy small moments and display a bit unadulterated joy. Hopefully these videos make you smile, and maybe prompt you to get up and do a bit of dancing yourself.
